• We analyse the strategic, financial and organisational situation of the company, to verify if the conditions to start a credible sale process are present or if it is first necessary to implement specific actions to solve any of the problems brought to light by such analysis.
  • We analyse the market and present to the client a list of potential acquirers.
  • We define with the client the type of sale process (one to one, competitive process, auction etc...) and the counterparts to contact.
  • We present the transaction to the selected counterparts.
  • We assist the client in all the meetings with the counterparts until the signing of the letter of intent.
  • We conduct the negotiations up to the signing of the LOI (always in close coordination with the client).
  • We coordinate the preparation of the data room and the management of the due diligence process.
  • We work closely with the lawyers during the negotiations of the SPA and coordinate the activities required to achieve a successful closing of the transaction.
